Incredible level of care and gentle, compassionate ways
I had my ACL reconstruction surgery here — Cami, Julie and Brittany took great care of me. I got a call a few days after surgery from them checking on me, and they even sent a card after my surgery sending me well wishes. The staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating to me while I was in their care. I had to wait quite a while for the surgery itself — the time got pushed back a couple hours on the day of and once I was ready for surgery I had to wait an additional almost three hours for the surgeon to be ready. Really good the nurses gave me the best attention
This is a fantastic facility. The staff, nurses, and Dr.'s were all kind and made us feel comfortable. Their service and care was impressive from check-in to discharge.
My husband recently had a procedure here and we had such a positive experience start to finish. The entire staff was professional and kind, but we especially want to recognize two standout team members who made a lasting impression. Nurse Shawna was absolutely wonderful. From the moment she took us back to the Pre Op room, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly patient with all of our questions.
