The staff here are incredible! They were caring and compassionate. I never felt like I was just one more patient to deal with. I highly recommend this place.
The staff here are very friendly and go out of their way to take care of their patients. From reception to recovery was a great experience. I had pressure in the surgery area (nose/sinuses) however no pain. Thank you for a pleasant experience and making my nervousness dull down a lot. I would choose this center if I have to have more procedures done in the future.
I loved everything about this facility. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our 4 year old had his tonsils and adenoids removed the other day. Naturally, this being our only child and first surgery, I was a little anxious. The staff did absolutely everything right to make the experience as seamless as possible. Our son was given a warm blanket to get comfy, got to choose a gift from a treasure chest before the procedure, was given 4 choices of “flavored” gas to go to sleep, and taken to a room to watch Bluey. I don’t typically post negative reviews, but I feel I must after an extremely unprofessional incident during my recent procedure. I wish I could give a zero-star or negative-star review. While the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and pre-op team were professional, the behavior of certain staff in the operating room during the few minutes between being wheeled in and going under anesthesia was deeply unsettling. The staff and overall experience here was excellent! However the billing experience has been very poor. We had a payment plan arranged for our daughter's outpatient surgery several days before the surgery occurred. The surgeon ended up needing to do a little more than was originally anticipated, which we knew was a possibility, so we were fine with that. However the extra procedure code ended up making her time here cost $5,000 more, bringing our 4-hour stay to almost $20,000 total, pre-insurance. The billing staff altered o... read more
