I will admit I was annoyed that this is where the surgeries were scheduled since I live 30min away. However, I completely regret those feelings because I would absolutely choose to bring my kiddos here again. Very clean and comfortable waiting area. Quick and efficient with every step in the process. The nurses went above and beyond in taking care of my patients and myself. Seriously so kind. Thank you for making our stressful day so easy.
Excellent staff at Saratoga Spring surgery center! Especially Keri, who brought me warm blankets and made me feel comfortable! Dr. Hamilton did a great job managing my condition! Great experience overall!
Incredible level of care and gentle, compassionate ways
I had my ACL reconstruction surgery here — Cami, Julie and Brittany took great care of me. I got a call a few days after surgery from them checking on me, and they even sent a card after my surgery sending me well wishes. The staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating to me while I was in their care. I had to wait quite a while for the surgery itself — the time got pushed back a couple hours on the day of and once I was ready for surgery I had to wait an additional almost three hours for the surgeon to be ready.
