Excellent staff at Saratoga Spring surgery center! Especially Keri, who brought me warm blankets and made me feel comfortable! Dr. Hamilton did a great job managing my condition! Great experience overall!
Incredible level of care and gentle, compassionate ways
I had my ACL reconstruction surgery here — Cami, Julie and Brittany took great care of me. I got a call a few days after surgery from them checking on me, and they even sent a card after my surgery sending me well wishes. The staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating to me while I was in their care. I had to wait quite a while for the surgery itself — the time got pushed back a couple hours on the day of and once I was ready for surgery I had to wait an additional almost three hours for the surgeon to be ready. Really good the nurses gave me the best attention
This is a fantastic facility. The staff, nurses, and Dr.'s were all kind and made us feel comfortable. Their service and care was impressive from check-in to discharge.
