I was there for a COVID test today. The first window I drove to the girl was not interested and told me that I was the first to ask the question that I did. By the lack of gown I assume she was a volunteer or something. The second individual with whom I spoke (gown, gloves and mask... I assume PPE=credentialed medical professional) took time to listen and understand. She made sure my questions were answered. Mixed experience to say the least.

Friendly, fast, efficient.
There is a reason this place has the reviews it does. It takes forever to get anywhere and the doctor just runs lots of test. If the doctors would just listen to patients in the first place, my husband would not still be sick. Yes he was seen right before a holiday, but the results clearly show he needs a prescription. How long does it take to get actual help and relief? Instacare is suppose to be instant care. Not let’s take a week to medicine care.
The whole staff was efficient and kind. Dr. Blake was amazing. I felt like he treated me as an individual, not just my symptoms. He listened and spent time with me. I was impressed by the whole experience. I was seen by the doctor in the time frame that was listed in the waiting room. We're lucky to have them out here.
The wait is way to long all the time, my son wasn’t deemed sick enough to get a prescription and was told to bring him back if he gets worse.
On line says it's an hour wait, so check in and wait at home! Then show up on time and wait another hour or two... Need more staff...
