I took my daughter to the Saratoga Springs Instacare. She was checked in quickly, my daughter was nervous and awkward (teen) and the MA Brooke made her feel comfortable, reassuring her and explaining what she was doing and asking and why. PA Shane was wonderful, very knowledgeable. we got the answer we need to go out of town and also knew where to go for follow up and what to watch for as well.
