Was just hung up on by an associate when asking questions about an appointment. Not really that kind.
I have been going to this office since May 2025. I have attended appointments, completed different testings, and still don’t have an answer. I decided to take a break from appointments for a few months because it was honestly discouraging and I kept going and paying for $50 co-pays just to be told they don’t know what’s wrong and to come back in a few months to see if anything has changed (fyi nothing has changed). Can't even schedule a procedure. I've called 5 times in 2 weeks, left three voicemail and haven't heard back. This time I made it through two separate receptionists before being forwarded to a third that went directly to voicemail. Don't waste your time.
Kris Sardella is awful! She is judgmental! She also doesn’t read or trust reports from other doctors offices… and would rather make you pay for more blood work when you just had some that proved a diagnoses… Awful and a waste of time!
