They are very disrespectful, rude, and irritable. Their behavior is unprofessional, and they lack complete information.
I will give credit to the office staff and nurse. They were fine. I noticed the two reviews below (possibly a third) regarding Kris Sardella. Unfortunately it was half an hour before my appointment today, so I decided to go. After the visit, I 100% agree and have every reason to believe those reviews. Was just hung up on by an associate when asking questions about an appointment. Not really that kind.
I have been going to this office since May 2025. I have attended appointments, completed different testings, and still don’t have an answer. I decided to take a break from appointments for a few months because it was honestly discouraging and I kept going and paying for $50 co-pays just to be told they don’t know what’s wrong and to come back in a few months to see if anything has changed (fyi nothing has changed).
