Saratoga! This place is prime real estate! The location is superb and the surround grasslands are breathtaking. Morning jogs on the Legacy bike path are divine. The staff are always friendly and eager to help when I need them. Vickie and the team go above and beyond! If you need a year lease or want to stay for a few they will come up with a plan for you! Do not hesitate and tour them today!
worst ever seen in my life. plz don't stay in this appartment. i called to maintain my kitchen burner and they said they will come after 2 days.
Renters beware!! Make sure you keep all documents and have everything in writing when you vacate your apartment. I vacated my apartment within 10 days of the lease and the office said that was fine, that they rented out the apartment. I left the carpet cleaned and took pictures of the place when I vacated. A month later received a big bill with different fees listed. They sent me to a collection agency and I paid the bill in full with in two years. I wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE. No secured entrances (we have begged) so we have random drunk people sleeping in the hallways, peeing in our mailboxes & trying to break in to our apartment (see police reports). Secured outdoor light is still waiting to be put in. Flood in our bathroom ceiling due to upstairs toilet & they “fixed” it by painting over the falling ceiling and mold. They won’t do anything because they’re always “waiting on bids”. STAY AWAY!!!
Not worth the money. I have been a long term resident and out of the blue they decide to raise my and others rent by 100+ dollars for no reason. They have done nothing to my apartment with out me having to go to the management office and complain. CMC is nothing but a bunch of greedy rat bastards. Stay away and look else where.
Moved in a week before my old lease ended (thank God) and my apartment wasn't even close to being ready. The toilet was LITERALLY sitting in the second bedroom and my tub hadn't been re-glazed so i couldn't use it. Had i not had another week in my old apartment I would have been screwed. There was a bug problem (see photos) forget about leaving your windows open. Which was hard for me because my apartment REEKED of cigarette smoke from my neighbors.
