Dr. Burkhead herself is a phenomenal doctor. She is trustworthy, thorough and has helped with a so many health issues. The clinic as a whole (desk representative, prescription and referral processing times, organization, communication, and customer service is terrible). This is a horrible clinic and they charge multiple times for a visit that is supposed to be covered under annual check up. Even after calling many times, they do not respond. This clinic is a big scam and not trustworthy at all. Would highly suggest to stay away from this.
Horrible people who work here they don't answer their phone I called for a whole week straight to 10am -3pm no answers this is the most unacceptable clinic ever doctors too lazy to look at their voicemails I left at least 30 don't ever look for this place for help because they simply don't care about their patients
