Had a very nice conversation with Scott Hughes about Saratoga homes and the Morningstar community as well as other options near Pflugerville. He was friendly and knowledgeable and definitely placed a Saratoga home/community on my radar for when I'm ready.
The referral program they have is a complete scam. I've worked with so many builders and this is the worst. I referred my friend and she bought a house in Morning star community in Georgetown. I was supposed to be paid Referral money as told. They said it will be given to Brian a Realtor working for them and he will give it to me. usually the builders are the ones who pay the Referral.
