The referral program they have is a complete scam. I've worked with so many builders and this is the worst. I referred my friend and she bought a house in Morning star community in Georgetown. I was supposed to be paid Referral money as told. They said it will be given to Brian a Realtor working for them and he will give it to me. usually the builders are the ones who pay the Referral. Saratoga home is a wonderful builder to work with , their houses are of great quality and the team is really wonderful to work with. They make the overall experience really seamless from the buying process as well as post buying to ensure that we were taken care very nicely.Would highly recommend them.
