Saratoga Holmes is the absolute worst builder. After they make you pay for a warranty they don’t answer your calls, don’t answer voicemails, don’t reply to emails. I have service warranty issues that have not been addressed after 7 months in my new home. Everything is the worst quality and falls apart. Deira Soon will screen your calls and not answer.
