As someone who has looked at what feels like dozens of different builders throughout the area, not only has Ashton Woods stood out as a builder who just makes sense. Their layouts are not meandering for the sake of meandering, the build quality seems second to none in this neighborhood, and the designs are beautiful. We fell in LOVE with this house the second we pulled up! And what made it even better was Lance the sales rep was so genuine and real it felt like we had known him for years! He never pushes, he lets you do your thing, he answers ALL your questions thoroughly and he's just the nicest guy ever!
