I loved my time living here. The management was very helpful anytime we had a question or issue, and maintenence would almost always get to our service requests within a few hours. The community felt family oriented and the pools were maintained regularly.
Ive lived here for 3 years now and the staff is absolutely amazing. They're fair with the prices and are regular with the upkeep. The ladies in the office all deserve some awards for how nice and friendly they always are. 10/10 would recommend you visit the office for a good vibes reset. The apartments themselves are fine establishments to live in and you'll appreciate the work they do to make sure you live comfortably.
I have lived here for almost 2 years, it’s by far one of the best Apartments I have lived in Corpus Christi. The staff is always helpful and maintenance always handles any situation you have immediately. The outside is always well kept and very clean.
