My son ordered and paid for something several months ago. Every time we went to pick it up the shop was closed and we have called several times and never got a call back ever! He suffers from severe phantom pain and was hoping this would help but we can’t seem to get a hold of the owner to get his order. It has been more than 3 months!! Horrible customer service!!
