Staff are supportive and eager to assist. As a long-term, experienced therapy patient, I feel very comfortable with my therapist (Pat Ford) and her abilities to treat me. Highly recommend.
This office made getting basic care degrading and a major hassle. They treated me like a criminal every time I needed refills on my standard ADHD meds that I have been taking for *years* before I moved here. At every appointment I was asked to explain and justify my dosage. You’d think after my second appointment when they drug tested me, and had me sign a contract promising not to sell my meds, they’d relax a little, but it was the same hostility every single time. Incredibly unprofessional, horrendous communications, wait three months to send me a bill and promise to call to make a new appointment then decide I’m too much for them, but don’t call to tell me. No, they just dismiss me as a patient without even TELLING me that they did so that I could actually find someone to help in. Unbelievable, really. Tai is unprofessional as all else, as well.
