Keith is a very knowledgeable mechanic, he replaced the engine on my car and did a very good job, kept me informed during the process and each time I would just stop by to see how is doing was accessible to answer questions. I am still using him for other cars and I recommend his services.
They scam you tried telling me I had a check engine light and codes on my car. They did nothing to it so I went early to pick it up before they could lie and say something is wrong with it. They charged me 160$ to get my car even though they did nothing. I showed them with my own scanner that there were no engine codes, they also stained my seat by putting the engine cover on my passenger seat. Go to a different shop they will charge you for things you don’t need and say codes come up on your vehicle.
Horrible customer service
Requested a quote to replace the AC condenser in my 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C. Got a great offer and parts were here in 2 days. Work was performed in one day and AC works great. Beat the dealer price by over $1000. Friendly service and great price. Highly recommend going to see Keith at Saratoga Auto.
