Cockroach is a very very serious problem for all of their building at Saratoga. I have talked with many neighbours living in these buildings and every unit is having cockroach and ant issues. Garbage chutes are always very disgusting with running cockroaches on the floor. Neighbours do not care about others and just leave garbage without sealing the bag on the ground. This place just sucks. The only good thing about it is there is one really great and considerate manager, and that's literally it. This is a crack building, through and through. Many sketchy tenants. I lived below a very angry and mentally disturbed guy in his 40's, and it was the worst person I have ever lived near. He is most likely gone now since I worked along with other neighbors to frequently submit complaints, he was close to eviction when I left a year ago. Bed bugs, cockroaches and Pharaoh ants...
