I’ve been living here for about a year and honestly, I don’t have many complaints. I’ve seen some negative reviews about Homestead, the staff, and the Property Manager—but in my experience, that’s completely unfair. Many residents don’t realize how much effort the team puts into maintaining the building. Please leave don’t even live there not worth the stress , people get shot , property manager Arup chowdhurry since he got there things have became way worse . Cockroaches , cheap material, they don’t come and fix stuff you need literally to beg . There’s mold all over the rooms .
