Management is dishonest, rent from another company that respects their tenants and vendors.
We got charged for maintenance hours when we moved out. The reason maintenance visit us was because the water was running cold , this happened the first days when we moved in. Even though we had to take cold showers for a week they still charged us for something we had nothing to do.
Spensive...but what isn't now?
I like it the place is coming along so mutch with the new management. onpoint knows how to bring a place up. 100% recommend them.
