Unit 209 lived couple years and Ac in summer barely works always hot. Multiple repair request and nothings ever done. Mold in apartment and too many people come and go. They show you model unit but air in our unit was not nearly as cold as that unit. Felt like 80 degrees still in our apartment. Now rent is raised to $1000. I can not recommend here you are better off finding another place. When asked to move to another unit where AC works it was denied. Neighbors stated their AC works great. Honor your written offer. Don't give a resident a written offer as an enticement to renew and then refuse to honor it later. It's called bait and switch. I still have the offer in writing.
