I had some alterations done on my wedding dress at another alteration shop in Oakville and decided a bit over a month before my wedding to take the hem up higher. I wish I could give Sienne Bridal a 10/10. The customer service was beyond anything I could have ever imagined. The alterations that were done on my wedding dress truly made it the dress of my dreams. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommended Sienne Bridal for all your wedding dress needs!
Sienne Bridal couldn't possibly be nicer people to work with. I found my Allure gown here, ordered my sister's Dessy Bridesmaid dress and my mom's gown. All three of us had our alternations done as well. We loved all of our interactions and appreciated the time they take with each client.
I can't say enough great things about the team at Sienne. I had already purchased a dress from another shop but I heard through word of mouth that they do great alterations and this couldn't be more true! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dress and veil. It fit perfectly and took a lot of very particular work. I also had beading added, and veil changes, etc. They were so pleasant and treated me so well and truly cared. Thank you so much!!
