Buyer beware! I purchased a preowned car but never took delivery, as the Sales Manager Mike Percitino promised to replace the exhaust and the bottom black trim pieces on vehicle. They replaced the exhaust but they cannot get the trim parts. This has been over a month now. They cannot fulfill their end of the agreement, so I want my money back.

Frank M This dealership promises timely repairs and fair pricing. They meet every promise plus. The staff was well trained and courteous. The facilities were clean and well furnished for customer comfort.
Purchased a vehicle from the December 27th 2021 and not 3 days later, the AC stops working. Pretty unusual for this to happen so soon after purchase. I called them to see if they can do something about it considering the situation they basically said there's nothing they can do. Despite the AC working when I bought it. This is no cheap fix. I wish they would've told me I was gonna drop another 3 grand on the AC once I bought it. This company should not be allowed to sell to anyone. The service department of Sarasota is a disaster. I will not return to have my car serviced and will discourage others to do so. I was at the service line exactly on time. I very kind woman by the name of Sandy told me that a service rep by the name of Monica would be with me shortly to sign me in for my maintenance appointment. After about 15 minutes of waiting in my car, Sandy came back and told me to wait at the outside bench and Monica would be right by. Monica passed me several times with no acknowledgement. I went to Sarasota Toyota to look at a car on a Sunday, thinking the salesmen would NOT be working and I could look at the car in piece ! WRONG ! It was late Sunday and the car I went to look at, was just what I wanted, so i agreed on the asking price and AT NO TIME DID THE SALESMAN OR THE FINANCE OFFICER offer me BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTE !!!!!!!!!! The only person that has been nice at this Toyota location is the receptionist. Unfortunately once you got past her everyone there was nasty. The woman that works at the service desk who I dealt with was unkind. I have called four times before finally receiving a callback. A manager is still supposed to be returning my call. Lack of integrity from whole organization as they duped elderly family member on sale of their car. Parents needed to sell car due to age & health considerations. Parents spoke with Sarasota Toyota used car sales and GM who failed to provide a market value bid, RATHER they had a family member set the price and then quickly agreed to that below market value - tricky guys! Bought a 2018 Toyota rav 4 and was told it was detailed. Took the car home and noticed the hood and mirrors were damaged by love bugs and windshield cracked in 2 spots. I called the dealership and they said I could bring it back 2 days later to get the car detailed and painted if needed and windshield Next day Corey D called me (manager) and said they fixed the bumper but no windshield guys.
