I bought my first block of apartments with Maurice's help in 2011 in Gillespie Park. Maurice was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Then another great investment followed in Downtown Sarasota with 12 residential units. Maurice Connaughton possesses great negotiation skills. He then also assisted me in getting a Single Family Home in Gillespie Park. I highly recommend Sarasota Signature Real Estate.
