I recently had issues with my scooter and visited Bob and Marco at Sarasota scooters in Venice. They give you personalized service and take thee time to answer questions. Marco will always make time for you you when evaluating your issues. I left my scooter for repair and the work was done in a timely manner and there was no pressure. Bob even went out of his way to come and give me a ride to his shop from my location when my scooter was ready for pickup. They also have a nice selection of quality scooters. Great experience servicing my 2002 Vespa. Bob and Marco were knowledgeable and went the extra mile to track down hard-to-find parts. I appreciate their persistence and communication - highly recommend.
Im sure they do great service but ive went here 2 different times for a part and they never have any parts. Kinda weird being a scooter repair and parts store store and never having any parts. Id rather support the local business but I gotta keep ordering everything offline unfortunately. Maybe they will get a stock of parts to put out sometime for walk-ins
