Great family owned and operated small buisness that has been here in srq for a long time. They take pride in their work.
Took three days to get a hold of anyone and set up an appointment. Guys never showed up and left me waiting at home all day
This company was good at one time but now lacks responses to your inquiries. I realize that roofing companies are very busy after Hurricane Milton but Sarasota Roofing doesn’t reply back nor follow up on what they say they will do. They need help with customer service. Maybe their rating of 3.7 is indicative of their service or lack there of.
Can't say whether they are doing a good job or not because I did not hire them, but not happy with their plastic trash blowing across the street and them not picking it up.
Sarasota roofing company did a great job on our new roof. I would highly recommend Lee and his crew. We had significant storm damage and in a timely fashion they provided an estimate and timeframe. They cleaned up after every day, and communicated with me on a daily basis durning the install. I won’t need a new roof for a long time, but will be recommending them to everyone. 5 stars *****
