We purchased a rackominiun slip through this realtor and were extremely disappointed with the level of service provided throughout the transaction. Communication was poor from start to finish. Most of our questions were simply redirected to the marina rather than being addressed by the realtor, leaving us to do much of the work ourselves. It is so refreshing working with someone that does what they say they will and you totally trust, this is who John Woodward is. I feel so confident in everything he says, if it weren't for the legalities of things I would feel very comfortable working on his word without addendums. I sincerely hope we will be doing business together again soon.
