Doctor Hanna, your response to my review is interesting but factually incorrect. Fact – There was one insurance denial back in 2021 where your husband Joseph, your office manager, did not file the claim properly, when the claim was resubmitted properly it was immediately approved and paid out by my insurance company. There were many, many, many duplicate claims submitted by your office which of course were denied as you had already submitted the claims and were already paid for them. Your attorney did NOT contact me regarding “unfounded allegations and the public slandering and defamation you are exercising”. Your lawyer sent me an email with a “settlement agreement” attached. The settlement agreement alleged that I have “an outstanding invoice” then goes on to state that you will pay me the $472.77 as “settlement funds” (the exact amount that you stole from me) if I sign the agreement agreeing to remove negative online reviews, agree not to file charges against you and if I tell anyone of the allegation... read more
