I moved recently to Sarasota. I spent two hours to schedule a New Patient appointment and to complete the forms required by the office. I received an e-mail and text confirming my appointment. The day before the appointment, the office called to tell me my appointment was cancelled. The staff person said that the doctor decided, after reviewing my medical history, that he would not treat me. I asked for further explanation. The staff person said this was not possible. Can't ever talk to anybody on the phone always have to check online when you go in before your appointment and if you don't have the link then you can't have your appointment and that's not fair
