I have been a pt for 4+ yrs and the customer service, organization, and attentiveness of staff has rapidly declined. On several different occasions my lab samples have been lost/improperly collected. Most recent was last Friday when I arrived at SRQ office @ 1pm for urinalysis. Front desk person was flustered and clearly not focused. Despite that, I followed her instructions on leaving my sample. Always pleasant and most helpful
No one answers the phone, calls back, or responds to the portal. Multiple billing issues - they never send it to insurance first. As a first time mom, the communication and education while pregnant was horrible. I have been a patient there for over 6 years and they truly didn’t care when I said I needed to find a new OB.
I thank God for this team! I was starting to lose hope about finding an OB that actually cared and could explain to me what was going on. After spending months of going to the first clinic that accepted my insurance, and it being a horrible experience and landing in the ER, I was recommended by a friend to go to Sarasota OBGYN and be seen by Dr. Sylvestre.
