First experience utilizing SMH and I was very pleased! Process was streamlined and the staff professional and personable. Karen my radiology tech was grat. She smiled and asked a lot of pertinent questions and actually took the time to listen.
Needed to be rescheduled to different location because down machine everyone is very helpful especially the staff that did the scan only issue I have or concern would be when I checked in. I asked if I could drink some water and they said they think that would be all right meanwhile, 10 minutes later I was giving all these fluids to drink for the scan so they probably should’ve said no but everything worked out wonderful very happy. Good experience
