Extremely rude staff that doesn't understand ADA accommodations. I was unable to get my MRI because of it the tech argue with me every two seconds because she didn't understand disabilities.
The tech Sam is so great! Very kind and accommodating for my mri exam, also the front desk mary was so sweet and answered all my annoying questions.
Always an ease scheduling and scanning at SMH 3T at Cattleridge. The wide bore and experienced technologist make you feel comfortable and at peace with any scan. The location is convenient to I-75 and easy to access, especially on the weekends offering scans 7 days a week with early morning and later afternoon hours. Not to mention the beautiful images from the 3T magnet. My family loves all SMH locations and this one especially.
I had a great experience here. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. The whole process was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
Amazing experience with this facility! From the moment you walk in your greeted with a great front desk staff and the technologists make you feel at ease before and during your MRI. The staff are very efficient and treat everyone with the highest of care..Highly recommend!! The best place to have an MRI!
