My grandfather passed away October 21 at midnight and he was there for 2 days. The staff was incredible , my grandfather passed away peacefully and the hospice staff was incredibly supportive, informative and human. Physician Masters made sure my grandpa had a dignified end and was very professional. The woman in charge of this location was also incredible and she told me this job was her calling and that’s when I knew my grandpa was in good hands.
We are so deeply grateful to the entire team at Tidewell Hospice House for the compassion, dignity, and tenderness they showed my mom in her final chapter. From the day she arrived in March 2025, every single person we encountered - nurses, aides, volunteers, everyone - treated her with love and a spirit of compassion that never wavered. My mother passed away early this morning at this Tidewel location and I cannot thank every single person that I came in contact with their, from Susan to Jamie to Annette, and more, for their care and their compassion towards my mother and my family. Truly a very compassionate place and my mother went very very peacefully with no pain. Thank tidewell!
It's taken me about a year to put this review up, it's been tough but my husband only had about 2 days there but myself and my children were very touched by their kindness,the way they respected my husband,they were gentle & just wonderful! I'm grateful for the entire staff and also the way they helped me find a funeral place that considered our financial situation,I don't think I could have handled that alone,God Bless the staff at Tidewell
