This is the second time my mom has been left without her pain meds and she suffered withdrawal two times now, and they will not admit whose fault it was. I'm going to make a complaint. these people are totally incompetent of doing their job. disgraceful
Tidewell Hospice was wonderful Our family thanks them from the bottom of our hearts. There are no words or reviews that could adequately describe how beautifully they treated us. I have told my family when my time comes to please call Tidewell Hospice I am at peace God Bless Tidewell
My grandfather passed away October 21 at midnight and he was there for 2 days. The staff was incredible , my grandfather passed away peacefully and the hospice staff was incredibly supportive, informative and human. Physician Masters made sure my grandpa had a dignified end and was very professional. The woman in charge of this location was also incredible and she told me this job was her calling and that’s when I knew my grandpa was in good hands.
We are so deeply grateful to the entire team at Tidewell Hospice House for the compassion, dignity, and tenderness they showed my mom in her final chapter. From the day she arrived in March 2025, every single person we encountered - nurses, aides, volunteers, everyone - treated her with love and a spirit of compassion that never wavered.
