Brian was very efficient conscientious and did a fantastic job of getting our father‘s house sold in a poor market. I would highly recommend him for anyone that needs a realtor in Sarasota.
I rented from Brian at Sarasota Home Realty. I was in the process of moving from out-of-state (NJ) and he walked me through everything I needed to do, explained everything in the lease, and prepared me with all needed documentation (Rules & Regs, etc.). The place was VERY clean, updated, and ready for me to move in. I loved the place. Brian was always very responsive when I had any questions, or if I needed help with anything. Brian was helpful and responsive. As we are new to Sarasota, his detailed knowledge of the community and the area kept us informed and made it easy to go through the buying process.
We had a great experience with Brian from Sarasota Home Realty. He was extremely helpful getting our property ready for sale while we were out of town. Coordinating repairs and vendors for us which was extremely helpful. He also increased our originally estimated list price once the repairs were completed and was able to sell out property with 0 days on the market. Brian was amazing to work with from start to finish of our home sale.
