Kelly was first contact she answered my questions and invited me to visit. I was responding to an online add. She was professional intelligent and friendly so why not I drove 1 1/2 hrs to Sarasota. Met Carlos we were impressed at his friendly and helpful manner. Drove car made offer they couldn't get to my price ,left disappointed. Carlos followed up he helped with deal they delivered the car 1 wk later over all good doing business with Sarasota Ford, Jim Nielsen Seattle Washington.
