I took my truck in for an a/c diverted issue. They admitted to shorting out my computer. After 3 return visits for repairs, they had to put Ina new computer. They told me only the first visit would show up on my record but in reality 3 did. I spent many hours driving back and forth and waiting there. One visit was 7 hours as I was told I lived 2 miles too far away for there delivery service to bring me home. We bought a 2020 F250. Jacob Hammond was our sales rep, he was great! No pressure at all. He listened to what our needs were and we worked out a deal along with the finance manager that we needed to buy the truck. Honestly, the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Ron Taz is one of the best employees at the service department at Sarasota Ford. He is very honest, trustworthy and efficient. He told us when our service was to be completed and he surprised us when it was done before that time. He's a very professional and down to earth person. He made is very happy.

John "JW" Wechler was my service manager and was excellent at providing great service. My Steering Wheel Fault light went and the wheel was locked when I tried to start my car. I called Sarasota Ford and got assigned to JW. We talked about a recall I found online and he took it from there. I came into to rent a car from Hertz figuring that the car would be there for days.
