The lady at the front, I’m assuming the owner, seemed very out of touch. I mentioned the bouquet was for a funeral and her parting response to me was “have fun arranging the bouquet!”. That among other snarky and rude comments I tolerated while shopping, I made the decision to not support this place. She needs a refresher course in customer service because clearly cutting flower stems has affected her brain stem. I also requested a refund immediately after and was told she didn’t know how. I went in person for a custom bouquet. I showed her photos of the arrangement I liked. She told me the photo I showed her would be a $500 arrangement…so she could make it a little smaller for $160. I told her I needed them to cover my breasts for my maternity photo shoot (I was there in person) so there was no assuming she knew to style the bouquet accordingly. We... read more
