Stevie is absolutely amazing! Wonderful selection of quality flowers. You can walk right in and grab an arrangement or hand pick from all their flowers to make a beautiful bouquet. Stevie was so knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and arranged the bouquet beautifully. In addition to all the flowers out front, she led me back to pick whatever I wanted from their walk in cooler. Sarasota Florist is the highest quality flower shop in Sarasota. The flowers last for weeks!! I’ve had my last arrangement for 3 weeks and counting. The Sarasota Florist team offers quality flower arrangements from deliveries to weddings. Highly recommend!
What I ordered and paid $129.00 for vs what was delivered — which was basically a grocery store bouquet. Merchant offered $20 credit - which is barely more than the delivery fee. A $20 refund is not an acceptable resolution. Claim has been filed with Mastercard for misrepresentation of goods sold. I ordered flowers from here to have delivered and they charged me, I never received my flowers so I called and they said that my address was not in their delivery zone and never refunded me after I requested to be refunded.
