I called Steve who works for Sarasota Installers, very nice on the phone but he never acknowledged my text providing him my address as he requested nor did he come to my house for an appointment for an estimate at the time he requested. I suppose the job wasn't convenient but I didn't even get a courtesy call that he couldn't do the job. I guess that is their modus operendi to go ignore you...at least I found that out before he started the job. Who knows when he could start the or when he would finish it.
They did a Fantastic job on my front patio. They even fixed a huge crack in the foundation. I’m super happy about their work and will hire them for my back porch to have tiled. You will not be disappointed if you use them for any flooring project.
Steve and Anthony really did a great job with our floors and now he is helping with the shower drain, new shower floor and trim around the shower.
Steve and his partner came out to our business and did a great job on our retiling the floors and bathrooms. Plus put down new flooring in two other rooms. Thanks Steve.
Steve did a great job with the tile in our bathrooms, kitchen, and several rooms of various flooring. I really appreciate his skills and he's a nice guy. I highly recommend this company.
