I brought my Jeep to Sarasota Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for a noise coming from the undercarriage that started before I recently drove through Anna Maria Island. Instead of a proper diagnosis, I was told by my service advisor, Mark, that mud “isn’t covered under warranty” and I would have to pay $300 for an undercarriage cleaning before they would look further.
