Very nice experience
They earned 5 starts. F&I was great and so was the sales manager and Jamal my sales guys. I expressed some concern over the lack of certain disclosures on the web site when it comes to rebates and some other small things. In the end it was a good experience and I would recommend and go back. I drove 90 miles to get the car we wanted so I was pleased they were helpful and easy to work with.
The team was engaged and very timely.
Went in for an oil change and a battery issue. Plus the LED light on my headlight was out. The oil change and battery were what I expected as far as prices but to fix the LED light they would have to replace the whole headlight assembly and they wanted $1.100 for the part only and I found the same aftermarket part for $179 to $500 depending on the retailer.
