10 March 2026 - This place is the epitome of why dealers have a bad reputation. I’m from out of state and had cash in-hand ready to buy either via delivery or flying down to pick it up in-person. You added unnecessary charges trying to absorb my trade in and your dealership fees were so much more than other dealers fees. It was a cash purchase as well and listed for 11,889 and I see you changed the initial charge to over 1000k in my paperwork then reduced my trade in from that price not the cash price. which a the cash price which was 11,889. Called for a ford focus ST about a week ago. They call me yesterday and ask me if I’m still interested. I say yes and that I would come in this weekend. I then call back two hours before they close and tell them I will be there in the morning so that way I can get the car asap and they say great. I wake up and start my two hour drive there.
