I’m from the Pacific Northwest, visiting family here in Sarasota and riding around the keys. Had a a bike issue which turned out to be more than a minor deal, and these guys were super helpful and knowledgeable. Nowadays, phrases like “above and beyond” get tossed around like hyperbole candy.
