I love this place! I have a small toy poodle and they groom her exactly as I ask. My dog has never looked better!

My dog is beyond terrified of the groomer (with good reason) and this place restored my hope that he can still get a good haircut even though he is hard to work with (due to his bad experiences). No other groomer could get his nails clipped or get around his face. I was so happy when I picked him up, his haircut looked exactly how I was hoping, his nails were clipped, and he just looked so stinkin cute! He also wasn't shaking or terrified when I got there and ate like normal when we got home.

I have to say i was pretty disappointed in your customer service this week. We had an 8am appt so we arrived about 10 minutes early since it was raining and I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I got the dog and 2 kids out of their carseats after seeing 3 employees go inside. My daughter ran up to the door and knocked we could see the front desk girl looking back at us. She refused to let us in to wait. I stood in the rain with my dog and 2 babies while she stood no more then 3 feet from us. She was just standing doing noth... read more

I took all three of my babies to be groomed today. They did a wonderful job and really care about the animals. Wouldn't go any where eles

So happy with Sophie's first visit. She was very nervous to start but came home happy and smelling like cherries �. We will be back many times. Thanks to the caring staff that eased her feelings!
