I will never order from here again unless I want to cook what I ordered
I ordered the 747 deal with chicken and poppers. I called it in 2 hours and 15 minutes in advance. When I got there on my lunch break I still had to wait another 15 minutes. I get back to work and we were all eating and noticed the pizza had the wrong topping. The lady called me back at that moment and said we gave you the wrong pizza if you give us back the whole pizza we will give you the one you ordered. Wonderful quaint and relaxing atmosphere. Food was amazing portions and extremely tasty! Ordered pasta and salads and brought a pizza home to the kids. All of it was wonderful! Staff was friendly and super quick! Will definitely be back! Great date night spot AND budget friendly!

This company has no regard to customer satisfaction or relations. I've never been so disrespected by a company before. My mind is still trying to understand how this place is running with the shear incompetence.

We don't go there frequently, but each time there has been a mistake with the order, which we have to drive all the way back for. My husband is out getting the forgotten item and I just found a black hair in my Alfredo. If you decide to get carry out, check your order. We'll stick to DiCarlo's now.
