On July 19, 2025, I took my 2010 Buick to be serviced at Hennessy Buick in ****** due to a check engine light. I have taken my vehicle there in the past but was slightly apprehensive about this visit based on previously over inflated charges. I sold my vehicle during a purchase of a Cadillac LYRIQ. I was promised a certain amount right away. The check took almost a month to receive, and it was $400 less than I got in writing from them. i recently purchase a vehicle from this location and this has been the most hurtful and devastating experience. I purchase a care on 08/01/25. Walk in with my cosigner and we signed papers and left. (No Contract) Later that day they called us back and said we forgot to sign a few documents. The cosigner and i went back to resign. This time it was just my cosigner signing. The sales man, ******, has been the only helpful person thus far with our buying and servicing experience of a brand new 2025 Cadillac CT5 premium luxury. The first time we drove the vehicle after purchase a dark fluid was seeping out of the backseat so we called asking for it to be picked up and detailed, as it should’ve been upon purchase. Do NOT trust Valward Cadillac. I bought a 2025 Cadillac Lyriq and it’s been a nightmare since day one. The car has now been in service multiple times, currently sitting at the dealer AGAIN for an OnStar module failure — no ETA, unsafe to drive. Before this, it was there for a strut issue. I was told only 1 of 17 parts had arrived, no one had any idea when the rest would come. Then magically, the very next day, they claimed all parts arrived and the car was “fixed.” Really?
