I have not eaten in her restaurant BUT the recipes she has on FOX 21/27 are fabulous!!!
Wasn't very impressed with my first visit yesterday. The cashier handled cash, then rinsed her hands with no soap, proceeded to handle raw roast beef, then drops knife in floor, rinses it and keeps using it. Then, some other girl comes around from the back of the counter with a wash cloth in her mouth, like a dog with a bone... What's up with that? Use soap! You have more than 1 knife. Lastly, there's a commercial size box of gloves on the counter, ready to be used. Lazy! Hygiene is dirty and they need to retrain staff.
We had lunch today and had a great talk with Amy she is an Amazing lady. Her food and coustomer service is 5☆☆☆☆☆ . Thank you and it's going to be awesome working together with you.
I absolutely love this place and its owners! Great-tasting, healthy foods and some awesomely delectable homemade delights! ❤
Prices vary depending on which cashier rings up your order. Sandwiches are great when they are made correctly. Have eaten here several times and each time there is something wrong with the service and/ or order. Only perk is that it's convenient for folks that work in the downtown Roanoke area.
