Sarah's is wonderful! – I love Sarah's signature candies. The combination of chococlate and the crispy's is so delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone...a local or an out of towner visiting Chicago, trying to get a taste of the best the city has to offer!
By far the best in the city! – This cute little candy shop is on it's way to stardom. The location great, the candies and pastries are out of this world!
Best chocolate in the city! – Sarah's Pastries & Candies is the cutest shop in Chicago. Even from the outside, you can tell it's going to be a great experience. The white picket fence blocks off tables in the heart of the city (on Oak St., between State and Rush) - definitely a great place to grab a dessert and coffee and people watch. BEST CARROT MUFFINS EVER!!!! – They have a heavenly texture as well as a perfect balance between sweetness and spice. I always make sure to save some of the frosting for the last. I wish I had the recipe so I could make it at home. Also....if you get a cupcake or a carrot muffin, be sure to ask about the "cupcake" card because when you buy 12, you get one free ( I've already filled up 4 cards buying these wonderful muffins for my business associates!!).
