A friend called to see if they were open because they're new in town. When whoever answered the phone they said "Hello." When he asked if they were open they asked him "Why?" What type of business answers like that and asks why when someone is calling for a reason. Then they proceeded to call back after they hung up to give a recommendation. Rude and won't recommend this place to anyone! If you don't want to cut someone's hair just say so 🤦
