My grandmother has been attending here for years and lately the quality of care has drastically changed. I have never seen such little compassion and lack of understanding. I encourage deep reflection without a defensive response because how dare the workers here LIE to me about not knowing my grandmother needing medical assistance and all of a sudden there is no accountability.
