I had my first acupuncture session with Sara to address neck and upper back pain that I had been dealing with for about 2 months. Sara is a very patient and compassionate who took the time to listen to my concerns. After the session, I noticed a significant improvement. I first came to Sarah thinking she could help me with the stress and tension in my neck and shoulders. It turns out, she could also help me with the redness on my face, bloating, overall blood circulation, and most importantly my sleep (among other things). Sarah is honest and will typically only ask for 4-6 sessions. I saw results after 1 session with her, and after 3 or 4, I felt like a different person. Dr.Yang really helped me with many different issues through acupuncture and her knowledge with TCM. I initially approached her as I was looking for alternative routes to help me with my adenomyosis.
