Highly recommend Sarah for her classes and one-on-ones. She is extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, thoughtful and well-spoken. She listens and addresses what is wrong. I am in better shape with less pain and feel more confident moving in my body since starting work with her. Just sorry I didn’t start sooner!

Sarah deserves WAY more than 5 stars! Sarah has been an illuminating light on my yoga practice for a number of years. I began studying with her before I became a certified yoga instructor myself. I can definitely say that Sarah is one of the few "teacher's teachers" out there. I am constantly amazed by her keen ability to educate and break down poses for an entire class.
