Dr. Ward and the entire staff are knowledgeable, considerate, and patient. Dr. Ward has been my PCP for around 5 years. Dr. Ward actually cares about your wellbeing and it's been evident over the years.
Do not recommend even wasting time to call. They will not even consider accepting you as a new patient. Until you come to the office, pick up the packet, complete it, take it back and the physician reviews it and then makes a determination if they will accept you as a patient. At that point, you are lucky to get an appointment 6 to 9 months out.
