Was running 2 minutes past their grace period and they swore they had to reschedule me, didn’t offer a same day reschedule tried to push it out by a couple days, I had to ask about same day availability for them to even offer it. The appointment is only gonna last 5/10 mins so why a few minutes made a difference I don’t understand and I work in medical, we don’t turn away patients over a few minutes. Had a hard time looking for a new pediatrician, but Tyner was so awesome. She was very kind, listened to every concern, and my son loved her. Staff and nurses were efficient and was taken back to a room very fast. Definitely recommend!
