Sally does have a good bedside manner, when she is not rushed. I believe she truly cares and will do her best for her patients. Unfortunately, the Everett Clinic environment in general just feels like the fast food of healthcare. At my last appointment with Sally, I was seen about 25 minutes later than my appt time. No biggie, but thru the entire appt, Sally was rushing, staring at the clock, hurrily typing away instead of looking at me, or truly listening to me. Not a good experience.
Has very good bedside manor. I feel like I'm in good hands with her!
