Dr. Takimoto is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The prescription process however was painful. I explained my pharmacy shut down and provided the new one, but they sent them to the old one anyway and then to a mail order company (twice) even after explaining I was leaving the country. I still never received confirmation of two scripts and am half way around the world. We shall see if I have them upon my return. Parking at the new location is also a pain…
