I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with NP Drenning. During what should have been a routine well-child checkup, we asked several questions—exactly what any parent should feel comfortable doing—only to later be charged for two office visits. When I called to understand the charges, the receptionist confirmed that we were billed for an additional visit because our questions were too “in-depth” for a regular checkup.
