Staff are excellent service is top notch
I was very impressed with the service and advice I received from Sarah . At first she gave me some great exercises to strengthen my feet that I could do at home or at the gym and it has made the world of difference. After a few weeks of doing my foot exercises and after speaking with a few friends who have orthotics, I decided to try them too. After experiencing pain in my foot from running, possible plantar faciitis, I booked an appointment at Sarah's clinic. The advice that was given was genuinely helpful and kind throughout my appointments. I was given custom orthotics to help to align my feet better. After receiving them, initially they helped, but the injury gradually got worse and worse and so painful I could not run at all. I was given a free appointment to have them adjusted; however, this made the pain even worse as I was unable to run for around 7 weeks.... read more
