Horrible. Doctor was not in for my appointment and they never called to reschedule. I tried to call them and the phone number wasn't right. Edit: I did not receive any phone call. That phone number does not work.
Very disappointed in this facility. I filled out an intake packet for my teenage son in mid January. Called 2 weeks later to check the status… the receptionist is very pleasant… she told me that she would contact the person that would take the information. Waited another 2 weeks, still no response… email or contact from a mental health counselor. To make a long story short… after submitting everything on my side… I was told that they didn’t take Texas Childrens. It took them 2 months to let me know my insurance wasn’t accept... read more
I highly recommend Dr. Iriving!!! She is amazing and very caring!!!! When I say she is so sweet and loving, she is exactly that.
My first visit at the wellness group was a awesome experience. If you are looking for an intimate setting doctors office this is the place to go. From the staff to the doctors everyone makes you feel warm and welcomed there. I had a well woman visit with Dr. LaTashia Irving for the moment she walked into the room she just filled the room with such joy, love, happiness and care.
